Let me tell you a little bit about myself, my name is Lori and I live just outside of Fort Worth in Keller Texas. My house is on the outskirts of town, just outside of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to modern conveniences such as grocery stores. The closest mall is 20 minutes away, but that is just fine with me.

When I look out my back door I can see cattle grazing and hear the frogs in the creek behind my house at night.

I love to watch the cows graze there is something so peaceful about sitting there in the cool evening breeze and listening for an occasional snort.

I know for all of you other people who live in Texas that are dumb founded right now there are cool breezes! If you live far enough out of the city there are no buildings to stop the wind, most days the ceiling fan outside runs without electricity, powered only by nature. So I guess I can endure the long commute to work knowing what I get to come home to.

Speaking of coming home I live with my husband Micah who I met when I was 14, but that story will have to wait for next time.

We have an 18 year old daughter Jade who has just graduated from High School and has now started college, yea! Oh to be 18 with the whole world ahead of you. No thanks, I love my life too much to go back and do it all over again.
